Threaded Comments (below) allow any user to add a comment about the bug, plus allow users (to subscribe and) to be notified when new bugs are reported.
We also have a separate www.skybuilders.com/skyNews/Features.html page that combines our list of planned features with threaded comments where visitors can suggest new features.
