Licenses will be needed to run skyBuilders timeLines webWare. They will be sold online electronically. Sales proceeds will be divided between skyBuilders authors (10% of sales go to royalties), skyBuilders developers and consultants (who get 50% and 30% of the after-royalty sales), and skyBuilders.com.
skyBuilders registered developers and consultants have a limited license to run skyBuilders webWare in demonstration mode for any number of prospective customers.
Because skyBuilders timeLines webWare is open source (view the draft skyBuilders Open Source License), anyone may make use of parts of the code for their own purposes. But they may not sell skyBuilders products under skyBuilders name and trademarks without having their customers obtain the proper licenses from skyBuilders (at which point they will share in the sales income).
